User Contract
We use a straightforward short contract setting out the terms of hire. This is signed by both the hall user and a church representative, and provides contractual security on both sides.
It includes the hourly rate of hire, days during the year that are booked, cancellation terms, payment methods etc.
We do require all regular hall users to hold Public Liability Insurance to cover the folks who are attending your events. Often your own organisation will hold a ‘Group Cover’ and you’ll just need to bring along a copy of that for our records. Otherwise this is a simple insurance to obtain via your own professional association or by checking for providers on the internet.
