This is a modern, warm carpeted room with capacity for up to 80 people. It’s ideal for meetings, hobby groups, book clubs, yoga classes etc. An example conference set-up is shown right. Currently groups like Weight Watchers and Arthritis Support use this room. Rainbows and Brownies also use this hall in the winter as it’s warmer than the big hall! It is not suitable for ‘messy’ activities. Two toilets (including disabled) are in the foyer just outside, and there are more loos at the end of the big hall. Haydon is supplied with tables and chairs, including some comfy ‘tub’ chairs (see left).

Currently prices are £12 per hour, for regular weekly or monthly bookings. All-day bookings are arranged at a discount. One-off events are charged at £15 per hour, plus a security deposit  of around £150 depending on facilities hired. Please allow for your setting-up and clearing-up time when you calculate the total period you’re booking. We have a minimum charge period of an hour and a half.
